Henri Neethling is a PhD student in Management - Organizational Theory. His theoretical research focus is organizational identities and artifacts, especially in the context of contemporary management models, like holacracy and agile organizations. His methodological preference is qualitative, interpretive methods and action research. Professionally, he has been practicing as an independent management consultant for multinational companies, in different countries, designing and implementing solutions for people management, supply chains and marketing, for the past twenty years.
