Inclusive Community Forum

Inclusive Community Forum

The search for a more inclusive community

The Inclusive Community Forum (ICF) is a Nova SBE initiative dedicated to the life of people with disabilities that aims to promote a more inclusive community. Our goal is to build a network consisting of all those who play a role in these people's lives, challenging them to take an active role in co-creating solutions.

Working on subjects that always have as common denominator the inclusion of people with disabilities in the community, the ICF focus on employability and education.

As part of Nova SBE and being integrated with the Nova SBE Leadership for Impact Knowledge Center, ICF relies on its vast network of contacts and partners to leverage and scale not only its initiatives but also its impact potential.

These good practices were worked on as part of the Inclusive Talks working session dedicated to these companies in January 2024, and then systematized by the Inclusive Community Forum team.
