Faculty Voices

Faculty Voices highlights and amplifies best teaching practices. By sharing real examples and insights, it fosters peer learning, strengthens credibility, and supports the adoption of innovative approaches in a simple and informal way.

I decided to participate in the Ignite program because I thought it was a great opportunity to improve my teaching practices and pedagogical skills. I found the program to be well designed and structured, and each module includes relevant materials and practical resources based on research, but at the same time easy to apply in our daily teaching practices. Therefore, it was easy to connect the content with our everyday lives. I also found the synchronous sessions very useful, and discussing the ideas we are learning with colleagues was also very relevant and helped us reflect on and improve our own teaching. Overall, the program gave me concrete tools on how to design and structure a coherent program, and I would also advise other colleagues to join the program!
