Recruitment and professional development
Our Corporate & Alumni Relations Office is the point of contact for all recruitment matters, be it internships, part time or full time positions. They manage your access to Nova SBEâ€™s recruitment platform and your presence at the career fair (watch the video on Nova SBEâ€™s Business Forum 2014 below). This team works together with the Career Management Office to straighten the relationships between recruiters and our students, for example by building the professional development modules taught side by side with Nova SBEâ€™s corporate partners.

Participation in academia
Companies from various industries are featured as either project clients or guest speakers in both undergraduate and graduate courses. Nova SBEâ€™s mastersâ€™ thesis can also be developed as a consulting project for a company, which means having either one or a team of several students devoted solely to that company for a semester. Furthermore, you can get to know our students by inviting them over to your offices in one of our Study Trips to Portugal, Madrid, Brussels, Warsaw, Rio de Janeiro, SÃ£o Paulo and New York. Through our Nova Executive Education unit, companies can boost and refresh their employeesâ€™ capabilities by exposing them to the latest proven management tools and methods. Training can be customized to better fit the organizationâ€™s needs, timings and resources, but companies can also send their talent to any of our open enrolment programs.
