This time, WPP discusses how brands grow and the strategies they use to cement their consumers’ loyalty. However, the reality of the markets nowadays shows that virtually no brand can increase its consumers’ loyalty based solely on an emotional connection. That’s why, next November 8th, Nova SBE will welcome César Valencoso, Consumer Insights Director at Kantar Worldpanel.

César is an expert in consumer trends and knows perfectly well which are the buying and consumption habits of the Spanish population. César spent most of his career at Kantar Worldpanel and works now as a Consumer Insights Director.
