Pedro Neves is Associate Professor at Nova SBE. He received his PhD from ISCTE-IUL and later went to the University of Delaware for a Post-Doc.

He has published in several international journals, including the Human Relations, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology and The Leadership Quarterly. He also published/edited four books, including Comportamento Organizacional no Século XXI: Diálogos entre a gestão e a academia (RH Editora, 2013). His main research interests include leadership and followership (particularly its dark side), job insecurity and perceptions of the economic crisis, interpersonal relationships in the workplace, organizational change management and entrepreneurship.

He teaches Organizational Behavior, Persuasion and Negotiation and Entrepreneurship at Nova and collaborates with the Angola Business School (ABS). He is also the academic coordinator of the Management Acceleration Program (Nova SBE Executive Education).

He is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP) and won the Research Award (2009) from RH Magazine/Select-Vedior and the Outstanding Reviewer Award (2010) from the OB Division of the Academy of Management.
